Duties include but are not limited to:
feeding, medicating, and taking care of dogs and cats, observing shelter animals for any unusual symptoms that may be indicative of a medical or behavioral problem, and cleaning animal kennels/cages and shelter facility.
Candidate must be 18 years or older, reliable, good team player, able to work efficiently, ability to multi-task, take direction well and the confidence to deal with various situations on a daily basis, communicate skillfully with other staff, volunteers, and the public in a courteous and tactful manner at all times.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to get to work in all kinds of weather-related situations is a must.
